Digital Delivery and Storage Policy
Last updated November 1, 2026
Everything is delivered digitally. Files are kept for 30 days from upload unless you archive them, so download anything you want to keep.
1. Everything is delivered digitally
Epifany sells digital services only. Nothing is shipped, and there is no physical return process.
- Credits and plans are added to your account after your payment is verified by our payment processor. This is usually immediate, but can occasionally take a few minutes.
- Processed videos become available to preview and download in your dashboard when the job finishes.
- Archive storage is available as soon as the purchase is confirmed.
2. Processing times
Processing time varies with the length and resolution of the video, the options you choose, and how busy the processing platform is. Jobs may wait in a queue before they start. We do not guarantee that a job will finish within a particular time.
If a job fails or is cancelled and qualifies under the Service's rules, the credits it used are returned to your balance, as described in our Refund Policy.
3. Missing purchases and failed jobs
If you paid for something that has not appeared in your account, or a job failed and you did not get your credits back, contact support@epifanylabs.com with your account email, the date and amount of the purchase, or the name of the project.
4. How long files are kept
Ordinary retention: 30 days. Uploaded videos and their processed results are stored in your account for 30 days from upload. After that, they are deleted automatically and cannot be recovered. The dashboard shows when each project expires.
Archive storage. If you buy archive storage, you can archive projects to keep them beyond 30 days. Archived projects are kept while your archive storage remains paid, until you delete them.
Working copies. Copies held on our processing platform while a video is being processed are removed automatically within about a day.
5. When archive storage ends
If archive billing ends, because you cancel archive storage, an archive payment fails, or archive access ends for another reason:
- every archived video is automatically unarchived and enters a new 30-day retention period;
- nothing is deleted immediately, and you do not need to empty the archive yourself;
- before you cancel voluntarily, we warn you, and afterwards we show you the deadline;
- if you were not using Epifany when archive access ended, we show the warning and deadline the next time you open your dashboard;
- to keep the videos, download them or re-archive them before the deadline; after it, they are deleted;
- restoring payment makes archive space available again, but does not automatically re-archive the videos; you choose which ones to archive again; and
- repeated payment-failure notices do not restart the 30-day period.
6. Keep your own copies
Download full-quality files of anything you want to keep. Previews that play quickly in your browser are cached copies on that device only; clearing browser data removes them, and they are not a backup. Videos you add to My files without uploading them to your account exist only in that browser.
Epifany is not a backup or archival service except for the archive storage described above, and we are not responsible for files deleted at the end of their retention period.
