Credits pay for the processing behind Upscale and Remaster. Usage depends on the video duration, input resolution, output scale, and enhancement mode. Use the calculator above for an estimate before you process a video.

There is no single fixed cost. Longer videos, higher resolutions, larger output scales, and Remaster use more credits. Your exact estimate is shown before you submit a job.

Credits included with a subscription refresh each month. Rollover and expiry details for unused monthly credits and separately purchased credits will be shown in the final billing terms before purchase.

The Yearly view currently applies a discount of about 16.7% to each paid plan’s monthly equivalent. Use the Monthly and Yearly toggle above to compare displayed prices; Enterprise pricing is custom.

Each job must fit your available credit balance and the video length, resolution, and processing limits of your plan. Use the calculator above to estimate the credits required for a video.

Adjusting settings and reviewing an estimate do not use credits. The final charge and any retry terms will be shown before you submit a video for processing.

Plan changes are managed from the Subscription section of the dashboard. Before you confirm an upgrade, downgrade, or cancellation, Epifany will show when it takes effect and how it changes your price and credits.

Cancellation timing and the date your paid access ends will be shown before you subscribe and again before you confirm a cancellation.

Your current credit balance is shown in your dashboard. You can also review credit usage and transaction history from the Account and Subscription sections.
