Responsibility for providers

We select providers carefully and use them under agreements that require them to protect the information they handle. We do not control their systems or operations, and each is responsible for its own services under its own terms. To the extent permitted by law, Epifany is not responsible for interruptions, delays, data loss or other failures caused by a service provider or by other systems outside our reasonable control, as set out in our Terms of Service.

Changes

We will update this page when we add or change a provider that handles personal information. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
